Actions: 9.1. Ensure that the person or team in charge of recruitment is trained in non-discriminatory recruitment. 9.2. Ensure that in the dissemination of job vacancies there is no discriminatory language, requirements, means of publication or other factors that could be discriminatory. The guidelines drawn up by Emakunde for a non-discriminatory selection process and for equality in contracting may therefore be taken into account. 9.3 Establish a procedure for the selection process using non- discriminatory criteria .
