Actions: 10.1. Guarantee an equal pay policy as a guarantee of equality between women and men, applying the principle of pay transparency. 10.2. Draw up the annual wage register and disseminate it internally in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 902/2020 on equal pay for men and women. *One job is of equal value to another when the nature of the functions or tasks actually performed, the educational, professional or training conditions required for their exercise, the factors strictly related to their performance and the working conditions under which such activities are actually carried out are equivalent (art. 28.1 of the Workers’ Statute). 05 II.
