Establishment of occupational risk prevention policies taking into account the gender perspective, beyond those relating to pregnancy, breastfeeding and child-rearing, following the recommendations made by OSALAN on equality. EQUALITY PLAN • Creation of a committee to carry out the analysis of occupational risks from a gender perspective (YES/NO). • Application of the “12 steps you can take in your company to mainstream gender in OHS” (YES/NO). • Dissemination of the documentation resulting from the analysis (YES/ NO).
