II. EQUALITY PLAN GENERAL GOAL SPECIFIC GOAL 4 Actions: Continue to schedule training and awareness-raising sessions for all members of staff. To provide the LORTEK S.COOP staff at all levels with the necessary means to know, understand, assimilate, internalise and thus channel and transmit the concepts related to Equal Treatment and Opportunities for women and men and, more specifically, those directly related to Equality in the Company. 4.1. Design and development of an awareness-raising and training programme taking into account the preferences and needs detected during the diagnostic phase: • Proposal of an agenda according to the priorities identified: 1. Equality in the company. 2. The origins of inequality between women and men; construction of gender roles and stereotypes. 3. Prevention of occupational risks from a gender perspective. 4. Inclusive/non-sexist language. • Include equality modules in the courses of the general training programme. 02 AWARENESS RAISING AND TRAINING • Design of the equality awareness and training programme (YES/ NO). • N° awareness-raising and training sessions received by the LORTEK S.COOP. staff. • N° of women and men that have participated in awareness-raising and training sessions. • Level of staff satisfaction with the training received (content, methodology, timetables, etc.). • Annual report on participation, content, methodology and satisfaction with the training received. • N° of equality modules introduced in the annual training programme.
