Create a document which sets out the current measures for work- life balance , both in the agreement and in the company itself, and to ensure that it is disseminated and made known to all LORTEK S.COOP. staff. 6.2. Ensure that the measures adopted so far continue to be guaranteed, and to document the agreements reached on new measures derived from current needs, applying objective criteria. II. EQUALITY PLAN GENERAL GOAL SPECIFIC GOAL 6 Continue to facilitate appropriate measures so that people in the company can balance their family, personal and professional life, from a perspective of co-responsibility. Establish measures so that staffmembers can take advantage of ways of reconciling personal, professional and family life, on the understanding that this is a strategic resource that generates business benefits. Maintain existing measures and move forward with new ones. All this from a co-responsible perspective. WORK-LIFE BALANCE AND TIME USE • Creation of the document containing LORTEKS.COOP’s work-life balance measures (Bargaining agreement and own). • Dissemination of the document on work-life balance measures to all staff (YES/NO).
