SPECIFIC GOAL 7 Actions: Promote a culture of co-responsibility, a fundamental aspect for achieving work-life balance. 7.1. Establish a system for collecting data on the needs of the workforce in terms of balancing work, family and personal life , with the annual maintenance of the data, for which the necessary resources will be established. 7.2. Ensure that care leave is not exclusively a women’s issue by means of information and awareness-raising campaigns for both men and women. 7.3. Carry out a gender analysis of the internal organisation on an annual basis. Analysing policies on lights off, meeting times, canteen, internal communications, mails... making the necessary adjustments from a co- responsible perspective. 03 WORK-LIFE BALANCE AND TIME USE • Annual analysis of needs regarding work-life balance in LORTEK S.COOP (Y/N). • Data collected through the tool for the detection of work-life balance needs. • Information campaign to encourage women and men to share the use of carers’ leave (Y/N). • No. of awareness-raising campaigns on co-responsibility. • Analysis of the internal organisation from a gender perspective (YES/ NO). • Changes and improvements made to the internal organisation.
