01 II. EQUALITY PLAN GENERAL GOAL SPECIFIC GOAL 1 Actions: Integrating equality into the general strategy of LORTEK S.COOP. To ensure the human and material resources to be able to carry out the actions established in this II LORTEK S.COOP. Equality Plan aimed at maintaining and increasing the levels of equality in the company. 1.1. Give visibility to the management’s commitment to equal treatment and opportunities for women and men. 1.2. Maintenance of the Equality Commission and its meetings, thus assuring the necessary resources so that it can carry out its implementation, evaluation and monitoring work (hours, training, etc.) of the II Equality Plan. 1.3. Incorporation in the entity’s management documentation of the principle of equality between women and men, as well as the existence and implementation of the II Equality Plan. 1.4. Incorporate equality into the company’s strategy , as a quality control criterion in the indicators and the staff satisfaction index.
