LORTEK acts as "Data Controller" in relation to the processing of personal data (users of the website, information requesters, etc.) carried out through this website. The main purposes of the website are to publish the services and activities of the Data Controller, provide a tool for contact, consultation, and communication with data subjects and inform, organize and disseminate the activities and initiatives in which LORTEK is involved.

Nevertheless, for those cases in which the regulations foresee the possibility of the parties submitting themselves to a jurisdiction, the Data Controller and the user, expressly renouncing any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit themselves to the Courts and Tribunals of Tolosa (Gipuzkoa). LORTEK will pursue any breach of the previous terms and conditions, as well as any improper use of the contents presented on its website, exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond to it by Law, including those of a financial nature.
