LORTEK participates in TACTIX to develop advanced immersive training technologies

The TACTIX project, funded under the Cervera programme, promotes the development of advanced training environments by integrating Extended Reality (XR), artificial intelligence, teleoperation, haptic technologies and non-invasive monitoring systems. As part of this collaborative initiative, LORTEK contributes to the development of solutions aimed at improving training in industrial environments and other technically demanding scenarios.

Immersive training through Extended Reality

One of the project's main objectives is the development of immersive training environments capable of recreating complex situations using virtual, augmented and mixed reality technologies. By integrating different digital technologies, these environments can be dynamically adapted to provide training experiences tailored to a wide range of contexts and user needs.

Artificial intelligence for adaptive simulation scenarios

TACTIX incorporates generative artificial intelligence to automate the creation of simulation scenarios by adapting variables such as the environment, operating conditions and the behaviour of different elements. This enables the development of personalised training experiences based on each user's profile and progress.

Teleoperation and haptic technologies

The project also develops advanced teleoperation solutions for remote interaction with physical systems and virtual environments, together with haptic technologies capable of providing tactile feedback during simulations. These technologies enhance realism and support the acquisition of practical skills in safe training environments.

Objective performance assessment

TACTIX integrates non-invasive monitoring tools to collect physical, cognitive and behavioural data during training sessions. Analysing this information makes it possible to obtain objective performance indicators and identify opportunities to improve training programmes.

Applications for industry

By combining Extended Reality, artificial intelligence, teleoperation, haptic technologies and advanced monitoring systems, TACTIX contributes to the development of a new generation of intelligent, immersive and adaptive training systems. Through its participation in the project, LORTEK reinforces its research activities in digital technologies applied to industry and the development of solutions for complex operational environments.
