LORTEK has developed an automatized quality control system on arc welding technologies

The system has different modules. On the one hand, Lortek has developed some modules of the system:

• Data acquisition system to acquire data from different sources (external sensors, energy source and welding robot) at 1KHZ frequency
• Advanced user interface to show process data on real time, alarms, warnings and historical visualization
• Artificial Intelligence module to predict the quality of the welding

On the other hand, some EFPF tools has been used to complete the system:

Thanks to this project, the time and costs of the quality control system on arc welding technologies with carbon steel material has been reduced by 30%.
